i am not able to focus...i am waking up late, going into labs and not doing n e thing. Not eating well. Not excersising. drinking a bit 2 much. AGRH wots wrong with me...i am working but its not quality work...how do i get out of this rut?!
Been there too, eating elephants! Deadlines always help to spur me into action, so maybe you could make your own up for completing a realistic task. Write it down and don't allow yourself any treats till you've managed it. Try forcing yourself out of bed early with a task in mind. Sounds like you need a break though, and although you might feel guilty about having one, it's more productive than wasting time at uni cos at least you'll be enjoying yourself which will help you get in a better mindset for knuckling down afterwards. Hope you feel better soon.
