Hi all,
I am wondering about the process of PhD admission during a holiday season (June-July). I got interviewed for a PhD position in Sweden last month. I felt great about the interview, but still have not heard any response about it. The interviewer said that the response will be late since administration people are not around. The prospective supervisor himself goes for a holiday in July.
Since I am already stressed out about the decision, can anyone share any relevant experiences if a PhD application process is slow on these months

Hey Asyuda ! University cities in Sweden are like a ghost town during holiday season. Almost the whole staff takes vacation in that period. I'm afraid you probably have to wait a bit :/
