Has anyone here applied and interviewed for any of the following universities?

George Washington University
Boston University
Boston College
Rutgers

Please let me know if any of these programs give out their decisions without interviewing candidates. If anyone interviewed for any of these programs, could you let me know the questions they asked?
In general, if finance PhD programs interview candidates and ask technical questions, what questions do they ask? How do I prepare for the technical questions?
It would be helpful to know because I come from an engineering background.

I seriously doubt they are going to accept people without interview though, unless you come with your own funding and are an international student, in which case welcome aboard!
