Hi, i am Looking for a PHD in Public Policy in the US. My previous education has been in the UK and Pakistan at the Lahore University of Management Sciences and at the University of Nottingham, UK. My grades at undergraduate were not that great (2.8 GPA) but i recently graduated with a merit in my masters degree in public policy at Nottingham. I just wanted to inquire as to my chances of finding a PHD in the USA in public policy with these credentials? kindly give any suggestions and advice that you may have
