In search of Phd, i have contacted a potential Professor. I contacted him on 2nd May through E-mail but so far i have not got a reply. I am very anxious and stuck at this stage. Request someone to help me in proceeding further.
Should i resend the mail again? or ask for the worthiness of my project title..

You could send something along the lines of you having emailed them previously regarding (your project summary) but as you have not yet heard back from them and as you are concerned that they may not have received your email; you are emailing them again (you can then copy/paste your previous email if you wish or phrase it differently).
