Hello, do any of you have gotten this scholarship? Is it hard to get one? or do you know what the panel is looking for so your application can be chosen??

That sounds like something offered by a specific institution, rather than a generic type of scholarship, so it's hard to advise. It probably also depends on subject area.

I suspect that it might be quite competitive, so they would probably be looking for a good academic track record, and a commitment to postgraduate study/research. Same is probably true of any funding application though. Best advice is just to give it a try.
