kindly let's discuss the chance of getting phD scholarship admission by an African student into European universities. I have tried severally but I keep getting NO responses, is it that there are do and don't when applying? Share your experience it could save a soul.

how long does it take for your journal manuscript to get a YES or NO?

Mind you if its a free journal it might take up to or less than a year before the accepted manuscript get published. So be patient.
