Dear forum,
I was wondering if you might comment on my chances of getting a postdoc in a reputable lab at a top research institution.. I am a grad student in neuroscience who will be graduating (hopefully) in the next few years. My thesis work involves functional neuroimaging (fMRI and EEG).
I currently have 13 papers (11 first author) but no first author papers with an impact factor > 5. I also have won a predoctoral NRSA. I of course will be applying for a postdoctoral NRSA in the next year or two. Based on this cv, what do you think my chances are of obtaining a postdoc in a reputable lab with a well-known PI in neuroimaging? Thank you.
