Thanks for your reply. I am still not certain if the ownership of the dissertation belongs to me or not. I have little experience in UK universities.
I wanted to be certain that what I submitted for publication wouldn't be an issue with my previous university as they may claim ownership of my dissertation.
Does anyone know what are the normal policies on this matter?
Hi everyone,
I had finally been able to complete the manuscript for my MSc dissertation for publication.
I have an issue that I did not consider earlier. I am currently undertaking my PhD in different University from where my MSc dissertation was written (University of Brighton). I did mention in the paper that the study was conducted in Brighton in the affiliations section. However, I am unsure if this is sufficient or there are any regulations I am not familiar with that may cause a conflict between myself and my previous University.
I would appreciate your opinions and comments regarding this matter.
Many thanks in advance.
Hello everyone,
I am going to begin my PhD journey next January in Sports Science/Exercise Physiology. I managed to obtain unconditional offers from Brunel University and the University of Bath. I have been trying to gather the pros and cons of each University in hopes to reaching a decision to where my destination should be.
Any opinions and/or advice would be immensely appreciated.
