Hello everyone!
I will have my viva next week! Anxiety is raising....
But I have an issue that is increasing my anxiety
I have been looking for jobs during the past months, and had this interview two weeks ago for a postdoc position in a lab that I would really love to work in.
It was a Skype interview since the group is in the States. Everything went ok from my point of view. At the end of the interview, the professor told me that he could pay for my salary for 2 years and sent me an email with the requirement for the visa application. But before, he wanted to organise a Skype meeting with the rest of the lab, and asked for 2 reference letters.
I met the lab and it went fine I guess...and the letter has been sent, he reply to my supervisors to thank them.
I contacted him to see what was the next step to take. And he never replied to me.
What shoul I think?
Something went wrong? Is this common in the States? Have I misunderstood our conversation?
Any advice would be very much appreciated.
Thank you
