I think this is the right forum to ask current PhD students a question - no? There are plenty of other threads if you do not wish to read this one :)
Really I just wanted a little feedback on pulling a Masters up to a distinction (as I understand 70+). I received a First Honours, and now need to get a distinction to help with the possibility of funding next year.
Thanks anyway guys

Hi everyone,
If anyone has finished an M.A and gone on to PhD, could they share any wisdom? I'm currently writing up M.A and would love any advice on taking this dissertation to a distinction...it would be great to hear any thoughts from those who have accomplished this -

Hi out there, first time I've used a forum, but thought better this than youtube and the like. I am experiencing extreme procrastination during this thesis, not helped by a surprise pregnancy that is giving me spaghetti for brains most days. Added to the child I already have, the burnout I'm feeling from just completing an honours degree, the part-time work that necessitates and the isolation that hits every time I spend four hours alone at the computer trying to write up ideas that some days I just don't understand. Yes, its stress. But its happening and I don't have a Dr Phil like person at the ready :0
Anyone else feeling slightly like me? Any tips?
