Hi guys. I am an MBA student. I am busy formulating my dissertation topic. Please help me check my research topic and research questions and advice if i am on the right track or not. The organisation where the research is to be conducted is facing critical skills shortage. I want to see how knowledge management (KM) can be used to address the problem.
The proposed topic: How knowledge management can facilitate critical skills development and retention at organisation QYZ
Main research question: How can KM facilitate critical skills development and retention at organisation QYZ ?
Sub-questions:
1. What are the critical skills at organisation QYZ?
2. What are the current initiatives addressing critical skills development at organisation QYZ?
3. What mechanisms can be used for critical skills retention?
4. What are the recommended KM practices that will facilitate critical skills development and retention?
Thank you in advance for your suggestions
