I am pursuing my master’s degree in US. I am work with insect physiology and the group that I work with is good. I don’t know if is better to do a PhD at an US University (with coursework) or try to go to Australia (just research). I know that maybe I will have more publications if I go to Australia (and Brisbane is a great city), but I am afraid that maybe is going to be hard get a position in US after my PhD. I already contact a professor at UQ and his projects are quite similar to my MS project. Please help to figure out what is better? Thank you.
