Hi, have just had to relocate to Skipton in North Yorkshire from Suffolk having started a PHD down At Anglia Ruskin University in April. Just wondering if there are any local student groups that meet up regularly out there as feel very isolated being away from my host university! My nearest University is Leeds for which I have SCONUL access for their library but would be great to be part of a local PHD student support network here. We had a GRADSOC at ARU. Anyone know of anything similar for students studying away from their university???
