I had an interview 5 days ago. They told me to have the result around the next 3 weeks. Because they said that they need to interview all projects from the whole department. The problem is: each project will be assigned to be supervised by 2 different people. So now I got confused, is that normal, or do I really need to wait until the next 3 weeks?

Hi guys, does anyone hear anything back after a week but still get the offer?
I read a lot on the internet that if they did not hear back after a week from the interview day, then the most chance is rejection.
