Hello , I want to do a PhD in human resource management in any of UK, united states or Canadian university . looking for scholarship am an international student from Nigeria with BSC in economics (2:2 in Nigeria) and masters degree from a UK university not merit seriously in need of a PhD. I need your advice as to which direction I should follow .thank you
