Please explain me the subject wise description for MS in computer related subjects.

I am a B.Tech graduate in Computer Science with 82% from one of the reputed universities in India. So I am looking more into technical side than mangerial skills.I am really interested in programming.

So pls suggest me a best subject to proceed with higher study.
