I am writing to ask for your support for a research study being conducted by researchers from the University of Birmingham. The aim of the study is to investigate psychological and social factors that may influence use of performance enhancing drugs in sport and exercise. In order to conduct this important research, we recruit athletes and exercisers from a variety of sports and gym environments.
The research involves you to complete this 5 minute questionnaire twice; all information collected will be completely anonymised and participation is completely voluntary. First completion can be done through the link below and the link for the re-test will be delivered in approx. 10 days after the initial test.
If you immediately feel you would like like to participate, please follow the link

Thank you for taking the time to read this, and I hope you decide to participate.
Yours sincerely,

Dear all,
I'm a MSc graduate from Finland and both of my degrees are from UK institutions. I have developed an idea for PhD research in the area of talent development and management from psychological perspective (theory and intervention). I'd be interested to hear opinions on how approach some questions I'm trying to answer:
-Since the idea is cross-disciplinary (business and psychology): how would you consider the university selection - psych or business department? I'm currently seeing applied psychology with appropriate research interests as best fit.
-The proposal would suit a consultancy company or other business. So, how would you start looking for a company to work with? And, which to start approaching first - potential universities or companies?
Thanks in advance
