Hi All, I would just like a bit of advice/ reassurance. I am in the final stages of my MA in HRM and have my dissertation due in just under 2 months. My supervisor has failed my proposal twice and I was told to carry on with the dissertation and submit a new proposal so I changed topic and have done so. My dissertation is to be 10,000 words and I have so far done 5,000 words of a lit review. I have since sent it to my supervisor and she is criticising my research questions after I told her them when I was deciding on a new topic. I now feel as if I’m going to fail my dissertation badly and feel extremely demoralised and am thinking of either quitting or deferring. My colleagues have told me to refine the question and stick at it and just work on it solidly (bear in mind that I work full time). Has anyone been in this situation before? Or are currently going through a similar thing? Some advice would be most appreciated. Thanks
