Oooooh! What are you mean ? I trusted these rankings for my applications! Do you know where i can find reliable information for MSc ?? I have applied in Warwick ,Edinburgh , Birmingham , Sussex , Surrey and Loughborough . What's your opinion about these ? I have been offered a place from Surrey and Lboro yet and I 'm still waiting answer from Warwick , Edinburgh and Birmingham . ( MSc in Economics )

Dear Iuliana , thank you for your answer... In this time , i have been offered a place by Lboro and Surrey , but Sussex did not accept me!! I'm still waiting answer from the other three Universities , however i do not except something good! Thank you for your answer , Surrey seems to be a good choice for me too! Who knows ? Maybe we see each other at close quarter in September! What undergraduate studies have you completed ? Where are you from?

A good idea is to find universities' admission officer for the subject you are interested in and send him / her an email in which you will ask him /her if you can applied for this MSc are you talking about , taking into consideration that your bachelor degree is on philosophy .I believe that's the better idea! Send them an email , for not to drop time , money and documents!!!!!!

I think yes. Maybe you will be told to taught some related courses first ( in August) but this is not 100 % .Maybe...I believe that you have to do it if is your dream . I prefered you to discuss the issue than tell me to stop things that i have already stopped to do!!!! I had not written in caps since had been told me that before!

Just , i'm in a difficult situation and i would like to do the best for my self.. I want to be in the best university that my degree allows.

Do you think that is a good option to spend 20,000 Euros for a year in a University between 30 -70 ? What about job prospects??

Thank you guys for your replys. Course director answered me today and told me that the reason they will not offer me a place is that i do not have equivalent degree with second upper degree in UK. However , if Sussex is competitive , other Universities which are more difficult to get in will reject me too?????

MORE UNIVERSITIES ASKED FOR A FIRST OR UPPER SECOND CLASS DEGREE ( 2.1 OR 2.2 IN UK ) ....THAT IS COMPULSORY ? THEY DO NOT ACCEPTED STUDENTS WITH LOWER DEGREE? THE EQUIVALENT DEGREE IN GREECE IS AT LEAST 7 / 10 .MY DEGREE IS 6.67 / 10 .DO I HAVE POSSIBILITIES TO BE OFFERED A PLACE IN A GOOD UNIVERSITY ? IF ANSWER IS YES .....TAKING INTO CONSIDERATION THE ONLINE TIMES RANKINGS IN WHICH UNIVERSITIES I COULD BE ACCEPTED ( POSITION IN RANKINGS I MEAN )
