hi everyone,

I have completed my bachelors with second upper class and Masters in business studies with merits. I applied university of victoria for Phd in Economics. do they tough with the application? I mean I really into this because new zealand offer domesitc fee option for international students? can you give me insight on where I can easily get into a Phd program?
