Thanks Tricky, well, here's the thing: I am trying to figure out whether
a person doing Business Management, which is a quite general mixture of sociology and quantitative subjects , at a University such as Queen Mary, stands a chance of being accepted to take MSc. in Economics and/or Finance at one of the top universities in the U.K.
Sorry for being fuzzy in the first place...
Hi everyone
I am a second year BSc. Business Management student at Queen Mary who is willing push himself a bit higher on the career ladder by taking a Masters course (preferably in the area of economics & finance). Can you guys tell what are my chances of getting into one of the top universities (LSE, UCL, Imperial..). I’m aiming for a first class degree for the whole of my course, and have already taken some additional subjects from the economics department (economics, microeconomics and game theory).
Sorry for bothering you with another one of those really boring questions, but I spoke to a number of people and nobody seems to be able to help me…
Thanks a lot for your replies.
