A few years ago I did the MSc in clinical neuroscience at the Institute of Neurology (http://www.ion.ucl.ac.uk) and it was absolutely excellent - I will always remember it as one of my best years.
I'm now a neuropathology registrar at the ION and teach on the MSc myself. I also run my own human brain anatomy courses.
I don't know about other similar MSc courses, but I would highly recommend the MSc at the ION.
