Dear all,
I am now working in a College of Food technology and rural development in Vietnam as a teacher and a lab worker. I have done some researches in functional food, anthocyanin food pigments, and have been doing some in fuel ethanol, mushroom cultivation on agricultural waste,... I completed my master of science in the field of food science and technology in the year of 2005. Now I am looking for a scholarship to do my PhD in sustainable food production systems. My aim is to study effective systems to sustainbly produce foods, biopreparations and biofuel that suitable for typical rural regions in Vietnam.
If there any information and advice, please help me. Your words would be appreciated with all my heart.
