It seems though the version I found is coloured and I cant copy and save it - if you dont mind sending me the docs you have them as it would be great, and much appreciated, will owe you one..

This is my first post here, a friend suggested this forum for PhD support. I a first year PhD research student in Management, organisational behaviour and human resource management to be precise.
