Hi I am an MBA grad from India. I am planning to pursue my Phd in the US. I am really confused about how to convert my percentage scores in Bsc (undergrad - non semester) and MBA (semester) into a GPA score. I need to have ballpark so as to guage my chances of getting admitted into courses. I googled a lot and found few methodologies but am not getting to the right one. Numbering my queries,
1. How to convert 100 percent scores to 4 point scale of GPA
2. Should I calculate it subject-by-subject or overall percentage of the program
3. Should I include first and second language marks or only major subjects

Any kind of information in this regard will be of immense help.
