Hi,
Presently i have close to 3 years of work-ex in VLSI industry and have been fairly consistent throughout my Career :
80% in 10th
>80% in 12th
8.32 in BTech (ECE)
Best freshers award in my 1st company
Presently due to personal reasons i cannot opt to go to US or any other country for MS in VLSI / Microelectronics. I can do it after few more years. Then i will have 6 to 7+ yrs exp in VLSI industry.
Will i be facing a dis-advantage if i am applying for MS with these many work ex ?
Are the universities unwilling to take the application if candidate has many years work ex or does it vary between universities ?
What are the pros & cons according to you ?
Regards,
