Funding for completion of PhD in Germany

Hi!!!

I am currently doing my PhD in Germany. Since my department is out of funds, i am looking for some scholarship so that i can complete my PhD. I just need an extension of about 2-3months. I wrote to many funding agencies but no luck. Most of them do not sponsor completion of PhD. Does anyone have an idea as to which funding agencies i should apply to? Please HELP!!!
