So i have been doing my PhD for a while now 2.5 yrs but 1. i hate it so i never seem to get anything done. 2. its making me get very bad migraines so i struggle to get stuff done still. I struggle to see that I can actually even get it all finished within the 4 year deadline especially with funding being cut in 1 yr. I took a break from it for a month to help decide if i should quit/suspend etc and i still don't know what to do. I'm indecisive by nature. I have thought of and researched into alternative options of what I would like to do and spoken to people. Its not just a sudden throw in the towel in a moment of anger or stress. Would it be a good idea to suspend from my studies see where i get to, then i can always return to it if i miss it for some crazy reason.
Advice please
