Please help!

I have a non-thesis Master's degree from India in Physics, with specialization of Biophysics. However, after earning this degree I held a variety of jobs for over 7 years which include quite some scientific communication. Now I am eagerly looking forward to a PhD degree in Science Communication and make this domain as my core field and life profession.

So my question is, how and where can I find information regarding opportunities in European universities to pursue PhD degree in Science Communication or Physics Education, particularly with their national standard salaries? Does any university give such salary for science communication kind of humanities subject?
