What is the difference between MSc in Management and Masters in Engineering Management?

I have been searching. And as far as I have found, there is no university that gives MSc in Management AND also Masters in Engineering management. Hence I'm inclined to believe they are the same courses. But again, not very sure. Hence asking you guys.
