Thank you for your response 'Hazyjane'. I will take a look at the links you offered and give some thought to where I aspire to be, to aid in my decision making. Kind regards
Hi everyone,
I wonder whether anyone could offer me any advice. I currently hold a BA(Hons) in Business Information Systems and also have completed a Post Grad Cert in Managing in Health and Social Care. I would like to continue my studies but I am unsure what to study. I am a manager in the NHS (with 2 years experience). I left school in the mid 90's with no career aspirations and have worked my way up studying whatever interested me. I have considered the MSc in I.T. Service Management but I worry that this is too specialised. I have also considered the MBA but worry that this is too general and as I work full time and have a young child, I wonder whether this would be too much for me at the moment at 29 years old.
I know nobody can tell me what to do, but I have searched and searched on the web for courses and have asked lecturers questions at my two local uni's and no-one can help me. I found this site and thought it was worth a try......
Kind regards, Shell
