I have been having a terrible hit of the old "man flu" recently :( Anyone got any good remedies? I think half the country is ill by the sounds of it!

Yeah I agree dont get stressed out...look after yourself. Drink plenty of fluids and take supplements to boost your immune system :)

Oh my god I cant believe you mentioned Sambucol!! I've been using that stuff for the past three weeks and I haven't caught any of the "Christmas Bugs" flying around at the moment :) Tastes yummy aswell!!
