I am a 43year old Nigerian Woman with MSc in Food Quality Control and Assurance and currently running my PhD programme in the same field of specialization at University of Agriculture, Abeokuta, Ogun State, Nigeria. My project title is

“Chemical characteristics and sensory properties of flour and noodles produced from plantain (Musa spp.) grown under organic and inorganic farming conditions”

I am seeking for research funding that will enable me work in the Food laboratory for short period of 3-6months to be able to carry out analysis on my product. Which is organic in nature and Nigeria being a developing country does not have enough facilities on ground to enable me carry out the required analyses. Please, I want to know if there is a research funding that can cover this aspect of my research work
