I am a midwife doing my dissertation but it is hard working fulltime and feeling like supervisor not helpful. Are you doing a literature review ?Well done to you!

HELP FEEL REALLY STRESSED, doing dissertation and working fulltime in the NHS which is tough, cannot quite work out the literature review. wished there was someone who could read and say what to change to pass. Feel supervisor not supportive needs to be handed in Sept. Any suggestions?
