Hi I have the same problem as I took an IOU however passed the maths part of my course. When I returned to study I was told I did not have to resit the maths. However half way through the course I was told I did have to resit it. I missed all the training in the maths and failed, sat again but had extenuating circumstances and failed again. Sat again and these extenuating circumstances were worse and did not give all the relevant information needs and failed. I failed on a dot or a decimal point in the wrong place and appealed this and asked why I had to redo the maths when already passes and provided evidence from my senior manager and GP regarding extenuating circumstances at time of resit. I have passed all of the parts of the two courses but the maths was sat in the previous intake. Like you I would like to known if anyone has had an appeal up held
