Sounds like good progress Pam! As I look at my countdown clock I have 7 day, 7 hours, 29 mins and 01 sec to get this thing done! Was up til 4am putting references in short form, didn't feel tired so felt I might as well keep going. All that is left to do now is finish writing the conclusion, which I have to say keeps getting pushed to the bottom of the pile cause I don't really know where to go with it, and tie up loose ends. Sending the completed thing to my supervisor Saturday so it needs to be done by then. Anyone got any tips on writing a good conclusion?! I'm struggling big time- defo the hardest bit. Thanks

Stressed- I'm history as well, well sort of- mine is sports history. I'm looking at how amateurism prevented the incorporation of professional coaching and training techniques in swimming and athletics. What's yours on? Stressed- appropriate name! Yep I'm on for the 27th too. My DOS keeps getting back to me with updates on the work that I have done but I haven't received any feedback from my other two supervisors and at this late stage I can't imagine they are going too! While I was waiting for initial feedback I just sorted all my references and checked through all my quotes as there wasn't much else I could do. What is the focus of your thesis and what is your word count looking like?

I'm 16 days until submission too. I personally feel this has been the hardest part, finding the motivation to move things around and write mini-intros and conclusions. I much preferred when I was writing a 1,000 words a day- at least I knew where I was heading then! My viva is already booked for Sept so it's not an option that I'm not ready!

Hi guys. I too am on the final push, handin is three weeks Friday. Received comments back from supervisors and while first three chapters are good the last two need work. Going to be a mad push to be ready in time. My dos has been great to me over the last 2 and a bit years and I really don't want to let him down. How is everyone else getting on?
