- think of every year as the last year and as if you are behind and need tons of catching up (because you will).

I can't tell what should YOU chose, but I'd go with the option b.
- The country you like will be there after you graduate and land a good job.
- 4 good years in country you like vs. better rest of the life
- more things to do correlates with more destruction (at least for me)
