Hello everyone,
I am a Ph.D. student in Marketing. My research is mainly focused on behavior analysis of individual consumers in the context of digital marketing. As a part of my Ph.D. curriculum, I am required to take mandatory courses totaling 30 ECTS. Since my research involves digital marketing, I am very much interested to take a doctoral level course in the same. However, even after much search, I was unable to find any university offering digital marketing course at a doctoral level. Would any of you be knowing any university offering a course in digital/online marketing? Thanks in advance.
Best Regards
Hello,
I am a PhD student at Reykjavik University in Iceland. I would like to know if there are any universities providing short term PhD courses (5 or 6 ECTS) focussing on consumer behavior,quantitative/quantitative methods, marketing models etc. I am looking for universities in Europe, preferably from Scandinavia.
Best regards,
Vishnu

Hello,
Maybe you can look into the following areas:
1) The role of regional trading blocks in strengthening a firm's competitiveness
2) How globalization may influence the standardization of international marketing strategies
3) The role of the Internet in assisting global firms in the development of a global distribution and market entry strategy
4) You can also consider topics on Destination marketing
All the best!!!!
Dear Ady,
Thanks a bunch for the help. I have completed my masters and was working in the market research and intelligence department of an MNC. As for the proposal, I have already started preparing one in the area of Brand Management. But the issue which I face is with the formulation of an appropriate title and research questions. I have, from my own limited knowledge gave a title and wrote a few questions. But I have a feeling that it is incomplete and it requires an academic outlook. I shall try to get it done from various inputs. Once again, Thanks a lot for answering my queries.
Thanks and Regards,
Vishnu Menon
Dear Friends,
I have a profound interest to pursue a PhD in Marketing. However, I have missed all the deadlines for funded projects. At this point, I would rather apply for a self funded PhD than wait for another year. Can any of you guide me with the process?I mean, should I mail a professor at a University before preparing the Research Proposals? Or should I prepare on a topic of my interest? Can I mail a professor directly asking for guidance?
Thanks and Regards,
