Hi folks, I'm a final year BSc Mathematics with Statistics student at Uni. of Bristol, and I'm very interested in the MPhil in Finance programme provided by Cambridge. I know it's a competitive option but a finance course with good international reputation is what I'm keen on at the moment...so I still wanna try it out.
My profile
1st year average 78%
2nd year average 74%
got some qualifications like Microsoft Certified Professional and a high level in painting...
-_-b
Do you think I stand any chance to be accepted by that programme? and what I need to do for application to make myself stand out or have a better chance? Some of my friends suggested not to apply for funding...well,what do you think?
I'm also planning to do a parallel application for MPhil in Statistical Science which seems to be less popular and more likely to get an offer...
Any thoughts would be appreciated :)
