I am looking for a PHD in public policy in the US. My previous education has been in Pakistan and UK at LUMS, Pakistan and University of Nottingham, UK. My grades at LUMS were not that great (2.8 gpa) but i recently graduated with a merit in the masters degree in Public Policy at Nottingham. I just wanted to enquire as to my chances of finding a PHD in the states with these credentials? kindly let me know?
